ANU BOND 7141 is an electrode for low heat input welding of austenitic manganese steel. It produces a weld deposit having excellent crack resistance on a variety of steels particularly austenitic Mn steels. The metal exhibits a pleasing operating characteristics with good slag detachability

Anu Bond Nano Alloy 07 is austenitic “Lo-Temp” Electrode for joining heavy sections of manganese steels to themselves or to other steels. for positional joining and repair of heavy sections of manganese steel parts used in construction, earthmoving and mining industry, such as shovel, excavators and dragline buckets, Joining of Hadfield steels, alloy steels, case hardened steels, cast steel and difficult to weld steels. Alloy has an excellent abrasion and impact resistance. Excellent for crack free joints in high alloy and difficult to weld steels including heavy armour plates.

ANU BOND HARD 650 is a specially formulated all position electrode depositing dense and spatter free alloy to resist very high abrasion. This alloys can be used on steels , hadfield manganese steels & malleable Iron.Anu bond Hard 600 is used for welding Plow Shares, Bucket Teeth, Pug mill crushers, Coal chutes, dipper teeth, screw conveyor, crusher plates, HEMM Parts etc

This is medium heavy coated low hydrogen, air hardening type iron powder electrode. The weld deposit is extremely hard, sound and non machinable. The low hydrogen enables the electrode to be used in high carbon and high sulphur steel without including under bead cracking or porosity. ANU BOND HARD-550  is medium heavy coated rutile type, air hardening type electrode. The weld deposit givs approximately 550 BHN hardness. The Weld metal is grindable and recommemded fro application involving maximum hardness as required.Used for Earth moving equipment, conveyor buckets Oil expeller worms, Shear’s blades and croppers. Bamboo Chipper knives, coupling, conveyor parts, Tractor wheels, steel casting. Shafts, Axels.

This is medium heavy coated rutile type, air hardening type electrode. The weld deposit gives approximately 350 BHN hardness. The Weld metal is grindable and recommended from application involving maximum hardness as required.
