ANU BOND 2209 ( E 2209-16 ) is used for welding for duplex stainless steel material where the weld metal deposited  increases tensile strength with improve resistance to pitting corrosion. Cladding on carbon and low alloy steels. Excellent combination of high strength and resistance to chloride induced SCC and pitting. Welding of 2205, 2209 type duplex stainless steels and similar composition. Pipelines transporting chloride bearing products and sour gases. Suitable for materials 1.4417, 1.4460, 1.4462, 1.4362, 1.4162. The normal composition (wt. %) of this weld metal is contain 22.2% Cr, 9.5% Ni, and 0.15% N. Electrode of this composition are used primarily to weld duplex stainless steel which contain approximately 22 % of Cr. Can be applied for operating temperature upto 200°C.  Austenitic-ferritic type weld deposit. Radiographic quality weld.   

ANU BOND E308-16 is a stainless steel electrode yielding a weld metal of 19Cr-10Ni. The weld metal displays good resistance to cracking, corrosion and scaling. This stainless steel welding rod is ideally suited for welding stainless steel materials of similar composition like AISI 301, 302, 304, 308, etc.

A normal carbon 19/12/Mo type of stainless steel electrode with controlled ferrite. The weld metal has excellent resistance to corrosion agents of reducing nature and also has good resistance to pitting and is of radiographic quality. Suitable for welding AISI 316 and 317 type of stainless steels. It finds application in paper, textiles,paintsandandchemicalprocessindustries

This is normal carbon 25/12 stainless steel electrode. Cracking Resistance upto 1100 degree centigrades. Used for welding grades AISI 309 grade of stainless steel & Straight chrome steel for joining clad steel low alloy steel & carbon steel .

A medium heavy coated rutile type all position electrode giving 30% Cr, and 10%

   Ni weld  deposit. The electrode has very soft arc and gives smooth and defect free

   austeno ferritie weld metal Almost no distortions and embrifflement of the based

   material. The weld metal is resistant to friction, heat and corrosion is work hardening

   and shockproof give radiography weld deposit.

Suitable for welding of heavy machinery parts , earth moving equipment’s, automobile spring, trumnions of cement mill and other allied components, parts subject to corrosion and impact. Joining & surfacing of high Carbon, low and high alloy steel, tool steel, spring steel, case hardening steel, high speed steel, cost steel etc.
