ANU BOND E2594 -15 is a low hydrogen type basic Coated non - synthetic electrode. Weld Metal characteristics similar to super duplex wrought and cast alloys. The electrode have excellent high strength combined with improved resistance to pitting and SSC in Chloride environment. The Slag is easily removable. The Weld metal is of radiographic quality. The electrode is used for welding corrosion resistance overlay applications, butt and fillet Welded joints in pressure vessels, Turbo Generators, Boiler feed pumps and Oil Fields equipment. The electrode is used for welding super duplex stainless steels UNS S 32750, S 32760,SFA 2507, Zeron 100 and Casting alloys e.g. ASTM A890 Gr.5A.   

This is medium heavy coated low hydrogen, air hardening type iron powder electrode. The weld deposit is extremely hard, sound and non machinable. The low hydrogen enables the electrode to be used in high carbon and high sulphur steel without including under bead cracking or porosity. ANU BOND HARD 650 is a specially formulated all position electrode depositing dense and spatter free alloy to resist very high abrasion. This alloys can be used on steels , hadfield manganese steels & malleable Iron.Anu bond Hard 600 is used for welding Plow Shares, Bucket Teeth, Pug mill crushers, Coal chutes, dipper teeth, screw conveyor, crusher plates, HEMM Parts etc

ANU BOND 7141 is an electrode for low heat input welding of austenitic manganese steel. It produces a weld deposit having excellent crack resistance on a variety of steels particularly austenitic Mn steels. The metal exhibits a pleasing operating characteristics with good slag detachability 
For welding of Manganese Steel Casting having MN : 11.5 – 14.05 % C: 1.1 TO 1.4 % SI :1.00 % max,13% Mn steel rail crossing where minimum 15 GMT life of the rail crossing is required. The electrode can be used for dissimilar joints consisting of high manganese and other steels. 

A low hydrogen, iron powder type, all position electrode yielding a creep resistant weld metal containg 1.25% Cr and 0.5% Mo. The weld metal is of radiographic quality and has creep resistance upto 550 C recommended for welding 1 Cr to 0.5 Mo and 0.5 Cr - 0.5 steels, used in Boiler,Superheaters,Pipelines,Oilrefineriesetc. 

A heavy coated, low hydrogen iron powder type of electrode specially designed for high CVN impact values downto-50 C.Theweldmetalisresistanttocrackingand is of radiographic quality. Metal recovery approx 110% suitable for welding of pressure vessels and equipments, subjected to severe stress and low temperatures down to - 50 C, Ammonia Storage tanks, Hortonspheres etc.

It is suitable for welding Ni-Cr-Fe alloys to themselves, dissimilar metals such as carbon steel, 9% nickel steel, stainless steel, pure nickle to themselves or to each other, and for surfacing steel with Ni-Cr-Fe weld metal. It is ideally suitable for welding Ni alloy UNS N06600. It is also used for welding SS201LN type materials to get good toughness together with strength.

ANU BOND D2  (E 309L-16) is a  medium heavy coated rutile type all position electrode yielding 25 Cr 12 Ni stainless steel weld deposit.This is characterized  by excellent all round performance and metal properties including resistance of chemical corrosion. Temperatures up to 1100 C. Suitable for steel containing 22 - 26% Cr and 11 - 14% Ni and also for joints between 18 Cr. 8 Ni stainless steel and mild steel or low alloy steel.Recommended for AISI 309 grade of stainless steel and straight chrome steel for joining clad steel, low alloy steel and carbon steel.

ANU BOND 2209 ( E 2209-16 ) is used for welding for duplex stainless steel material where the weld metal deposited  increases tensile strength with improve resistance to pitting corrosion. Cladding on carbon and low alloy steels. Excellent combination of high strength and resistance to chloride induced SCC and pitting. Welding of 2205, 2209 type duplex stainless steels and similar composition. Pipelines transporting chloride bearing products and sour gases. Suitable for materials 1.4417, 1.4460, 1.4462, 1.4362, 1.4162. The normal composition (wt. %) of this weld metal is contain 22.2% Cr, 9.5% Ni, and 0.15% N. Electrode of this composition are used primarily to weld duplex stainless steel which contain approximately 22 % of Cr. Can be applied for operating temperature upto 200°C.  Austenitic-ferritic type weld deposit. Radiographic quality weld.

A non-synthetic electrode depositing homogeneous Ni-Cr-Fe alloy composition. It is suitable for welding alloys of similar compositions to themselves, for surfacing steel with Ni-Cr-Fe alloy when high Manganese contents are not detrimental, for welding clad side of Ni-Cr-Fe clad steel and dissimilar metal combinations. Specially recommended for welding 9% Ni Steels for cryogenic service. It is ideally suitable for welding Ni alloy UNS N06600. Also used for welding of Nickel-Chromium alloys used for high temperature applications like furnace heating elements and reformer tubes.

This is medium heavy coated rutile type, air hardening type electrode. The weld deposit gives approximately 350 BHN hardness. The Weld metal is grindable and recommended from application involving maximum hardness as required.

ANU BOND CUT is meant for cutting and piercing carbon steels, low alloy steels, stainless steels, cast irons, nickel and nickel alloys, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium and other metals and alloys. Although the cut will not be as smooth as that produced by gas cutting of carbon steel, the application of ANU BOND CUT extends to various ferrous and non-ferrous  metals which cannot be cut by conventional gas cutting process. The electrode is also suitable for cutting and piercing out of position jobs, rivets, risers, etc., where gas cutting is not convenient.This is an Medium heavy coated electrode used for cutting. It is suitable for all position. designed to produce fairly smooth cuts and pierce metals in all positions. The special coating withstands high current without overheating. It is medium coated Nickel-Iorn alloy type electrode, specially designed for welding cast iron parts . It produces high strength ductile and machinable weld with match parent metal. It is running in flat position with soft and smooth arc low spatter and smoke and the weld metal is crack resistant and has good machinaability. Suitable for repair and joining components of various type of cast iron, including grey and nodular cast iron parts.
Ideally suited for joining various type of cast iron such as grey cast iron, nodular cast iron malleable cast iron. Rectification of defective casting in iron foundry, engine heads, pump, casting impellers, rope drums, ingot moulds. Repairing of various  type of cast iron parts.

A normal carbon 19/10 type of stainless steel electrode with controlled ferrite. The weld metal has good resistance to cracking, corrosion and scaling upto 800 C. The weld metal is of radiographic quality. Suitable for welding stainless steels of AISI 301, 302, 304 and 308 composition. For fabrication of equipments used in food industry. Hospital apparatus,Pharmaceutical equipment etc.

This is the rutile coated electrode, the weld metal has excellent creep strength and is of radiographic quality. It is capable of depositing 316 type of weld metal with normal content the electrode can be manipulated easily in all welding position.

 A medium heavy coated rutile type all position electrode giving 30% Cr. And 10% Nickel weld deposit. The electrode has very soft arc and gives smooth and defect free austeno ferritie weld metal. Almost no distortion and embrifflement of the base material. The weld metal is resistant to friction, heat and corrosion is work hardening and shockproof gives radiography weld deposit . The low hydrogen controlled, vacuum packed, basic coted electrodes which  is welder friendly and is recommended for welding of mild steel, medium  carbon,steel, high strength steel, cast steel and problematic steel. The     electrodes is vacuum packed and hence does not require expensive redrying      at 250oC for 2 hoursor a higher temprature. The weld metal is clean and  has lowest level of impurities with has much longer life than the weld metal usally deposited with other E 7016 or E 7018 class of electrodes.  Deposited weld metal met X-ray radio- graphic quality standerds. Anu Bond E410NiMo-16 is a special purpose electrode depositing 12Cr,4.6 Ni, 0.5 Mo weld metal which has excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion, pitting and impact. ideally suited for joining of similar composition, materials, groove welding and surfacing applications. Typical applications include surfacing of high pressure valve, turine blades,valve seats,repairs , pulp and  plant equipments,etc.
